There isn't anything that we miss in your home.The report is 18 pages in which one copy is given to the builder/realtor,one for our file and you receive yours in a three ring binder book.
New homes don't mean they are perfect. This means that they are new construction and new paint, appliances and the property is free of defects This is the biggest misconception in todays new houses. That is why we offer Three Inspections on "NEW HOMES. * The first one is Pre-Drywall Report to check all framing and electrical, HVAC, and foundation are done to specs before all walls go up. * Second inspection,The Punch Lists Report, given to you and your builder before you go to your settlement on the house. This is work that has to be done * Third and last one is, One-Year Walk Through (this is your Warranty) to make sure that all work has been done to your new home and the builder will be making the repairs to the home; not you. All of these inspections, will save you money down the road. All reports are given to you and gone over at the end of each inspection.
